Project Overview
We were appointed to undertake the complete external works package for three luxury detached houses, which included drainage, service installation, retaining walls and the full suite of external works. The project scope involved 300m of drainage installation, 100m² of retaining walls, and 250m² of Indian sandstone paving.
Phase 1:
site preparation & Landscape formation
In the initial phase of the project, the focus was on preparing the site for construction. This involved extensive cut and fill operations to shape the land and create a suitable foundation for the development. Additionally, three 30m³ soakaway tanks were installed to manage surface water runoff and ensure proper drainage across the site.

phase 2:

Phase 2 saw the installation of all essential plot drainage, including a Klargester septic tank for waste management. Additionally, the plot services were laid, providing the necessary utilities to each of the three luxury homes. A significant part of this phase was the construction of a large boundary retaining wall, which was essential for managing the site’s level changes and providing structural support for the surrounding land.

phase 3:
external works – paving, fencing & driveways
The final phase of the project focused on completing the external works. This included the installation of high-quality Indian sandstone paving across the site, which not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also provides a durable and functional outdoor space for the residents. Additionally, driveways were paved, providing access to each property, and fencing was installed to ensure privacy and security for the homes.

The project was completed successfully, delivering a high-quality external environment for the luxury detached houses. With all phases completed on time and to the highest standard, the drainage systems, retaining walls and external landscaping have provided a solid foundation for the homes.
